Message volume will be low (just a couple of messages per week) as posting priviledges are restricted to a small number of people. Messages posted by 'non-approved' people will be forwarded to the list owner for review and posting.

If you are interested in joining, sign up by sending an email message to:
LISTSERV@LISTS.SIERRACLUB.ORG

You don't need to have a subject, but the body of your message should read:
SUBSCRIBE REDWOOD-SONOMA-ALERTS your_first_name your_last_name

Replace "your_first_name your_last_name" with your_real_name.

You will receive an email message asking you to confirm that you want to sign up. Once you reply to that, you will be on. We hope that many of you will choose to subscribe.
